Device Registration
To register your BioGlow Infinity+ device, go to the Device Registration page and complete the Registration Form. Once submitted, your product will be registered.
5-Year Warranty
Our 5-Year Warranty provides coverage for motor malfunctions, power failures, charging issues, battery defects, and attachment-related failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship, as long as the product is under normal wear and within five years from the original retail purchase date by the end user.
Please note, this warranty excludes coverage for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, exposure to water, loss or theft, and damages arising from improper use.
If a covered defect is identified within five years, BioGlow will repair or replace the unit.
